Most of our deliveries go smoothly, but some times there’s a problem with a product or logistics, You can use our 100% money-back guarantee when:
- You don’t receive an item within 35 days (You can open a ticket here if you have not received within 30 days)
- You receive a faulty batch of pills ( More than a single complaint on a particular batch)
If your package is delayed or misplaced by the postal or courier services, we will re-send your order for free. If the second shipment is not successful as well, we will process a refund.
- Please check our tracking tool to ensure that the delivery is overdue before taking the next step.
- Inform us of the non-delivery. Our first step will be to follow up on your package, and if the postal services are unable to rectify the issue, we will re-ship for free or refund your order as per your preference.

You may get your tracking number pretty quickly after ordering, but it will take some time for it to show up online. Until the track synchronizes online, you will see an error that the order is not found.
Once your package arrives in your country, it is advised to track using the local governmental postal service (ie USPS, Australia Post etc.) These local sites will have more detailed, frequent updates.
Do note that it is not unusual for parcels to have no updates as they clear customs for 2-9 business days, not including holidays.

For 99% of the cases for orders to the US and other countries, shipments will not require a signature upon delivery and will be sent to your mailbox. Delivery courier might send to your doorstep if they believe it is unsafe to leave in the mailbox or too large a package that it could not fit in your particular mailbox.
For countries in the EU, 80% of the time it will be to the mailbox and 20% of the time it will require signature. It is hard for us to confirm as sometimes it depends on your local delivery service. But do not worry, every order is fully insured and we will reship should problems arises.
We serve millions of consumers on a regular basis, and the vast majority of items are delivered without a hitch. When your package is seized by customs, the worst that can happen is that it is destroyed or that it is detained and never released. Q: I get regularly drug tested at work. Are there any instances where one of the performance-enhancing medications you provide could show up on a drug test?
A: No, unless the drug test is specifically and intentionally looking for modafinil which is very uncommon. 99.9% of drug tests are looking for recreational drugs or steriods and modafinil would not show up as it has a unique chemical structure that is very different from amphetamine and other stimulants
