Once your order has arrived in your country, we recommend using your local government postal service for the most accurate tracking updates.
For “WW-Express” orders to USA please use USPS to track your parcel accurately after it has entered the States (about 1-2 weeks of receiving your tracking number.
In 95% of cases, our shipments do not require a signature upon delivery and will be delivered to your mailbox. However, if the delivery courier deems it unsafe to leave the package in the mailbox, or if it is too large to fit, it will be left at your doorstep instead.
